We commit to your delivery date
You get the date before you pay, not after — your bot is built by hand and delivered within 5 business days of payment.

Before you pay
We work the date out and show it to you at review, and again on your confirmation. You never have to count days yourself. It is counted in business days, Monday to Friday, and it already allows for days we are closed.

If the date moves
Two things move it: we are waiting on something from you, or you ask for a change after ordering. Every move appears on your bot's page with a written reason and the new date, and you get an email. A date never moves quietly.

After delivery
For 30 days after delivery, we correct anything your bot does that does not match the specification you agreed to, at no charge. In that same window you also get 2 rounds of revisions — changes to what that specification says, rather than a failure to meet it. A correction and a revision end on the same date, counted from your delivery date. Hosting is billed separately and does not extend this window.
Not covered: delays caused by Discord, by your hosting provider, or by a payment dispute on your order. The full clause is in our terms.
